1. Custom and personalized orders

We can absolutely create any customized orders for you! Whether it be a different font than what you see on a listing, or a different size, or anything you can dream up! We are happy to customize a piece to meet your vision!

2. Sizing details

All of our baby name signs are 4.5", which we have determined is the perfect size for photographing next to your newborn and looking great proportionally! We can create signs that are smaller or larger depending on your needs!

3. Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our baby name signs come with a soft, translucent organza style bag for safe storage and for cute gifting!

4. I don’t like the font

Before purchasing, please review the fonts used in the listing photos. If the font is not what you envisioned and you would like to see another font, please send us a message and we can show you other fonts we have available. Once the item has been made and sent, unfortunately, we cannot replace it for free. We can offer a 50% discount for a replacement item and offer a different font available.

5. Haven't received your package?

Please send us a message if you have not received your package after the expected delivery date provided during checkout. If the item has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to provide a refund or send another item. Any packages marked as delivered by the carrier will require the buyer to submit a claim and work with the carrier on the missing package claim. If your package does not turn up as a result of the claim with the carrier, we are happy to offer a discount for a remake, please reach out to us to inquire about the remake.

6. What happens if a package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned to the sender due to you moving, inputting the incorrect address, or any other reason beyond the shop's control, we will reship the item to you once received back at your expense for reshipping. While we offer free shipping, this is only on the initial shipment and any subsequent shipments will be at buyer's expense.
